Please note that approx. 1/4 - 1/3 of the light does not light (see pic- please note that it was on a dimmer & on the highest setting when the photo was taken, therefore the glare.) - it arrived like this & may be repairable if someone knows how. The length is adjustable by pushing in the wire holders on the base & pulling the wires to desired length.
