Fine Print of the CSLs:
Licensee hereby acquires the right to purchase tickets for the Seats for all pre-season and regular season home Major League Baseball games played by the Astros in the Ballpark through the 2049 baseball season, and the obligation to make such purchases in order to retain these CSLs. Licensee has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase tickets for the Seats for post-season home Major League Baseball games played in the Ballpark through the 2049 baseball season. Licensee’s purchase price for pre-season, regular season and post-season home Astros game tickets for the Seats shall be at the price announced from time-to-time by Licensor or Major League Baseball. CSLs do not apply to any other events which may be held at the Ballpark, such as games by other teams, college tournaments, All-Star games, concerts, other events although Licensor will make a reasonable effort with the sponsor of any such event to obtain for Licensee the opportunity to purchase preferred seating for or admission to such event in advance of public sale.
