Hornby Chinese made ex LNER A3/A4 Class 8 wheeled motorised tender chassis only with black spoked wheels and sprung buffers. Pickups on both sets of wheels and double pole coupling hook to loco. Item is in excellent smooth running condition without any faults that I can see. Originally powered an unknown A3 loco produced between 1999 and 2004
