Standard UK shipping is FREE.

UK orders under £300 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Most items are delivered the next working day, but Royal Mail's estimate for this delivery service is 1-3 days. However, please bear in mind that we cannot contact Royal Mail about deliveries that have not arrived until ten working days have passed.

We also offer GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY from as little as £6.99.

UK orders over £300 will either be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, or DHL Courier. Both will arrive next working day.

International shipments are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked for small and lower value items and an express tracked courier service for everything else. For international shipping outside Europe please contact us for a price before purchasing.

Please note, due to restrictions from our couriers, we are unable to ship to Russia.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please return to the address below with a short cover note explaining the reason return and what you would like done, a note of ebay user name, and a copy of your receipt. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible.

RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEMS.

Items that are returned to us in perfect unopened and unused condition will receive a full refund.

Any item that has been opened or used will incur a 10% restocking/repackaging fee.

This includes sealed boxes, or sealed accessories and manual/software included in boxes.

We are unable to accept returns of consumables that have been opened, this includes batteries, memory cards, filters, paper and film.
