  • RETURN

    • To request a return authorization, please email us. All returns require a return authorization.

    Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error (i.e. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival), the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any claim for damaged or defective products must be made within within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. 

    If the product is returned because a wrong address was provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

    In the following cases, the refund amount will be reduced by 20% as the original shipping cost and restock fee:
