About 3" x 3" x 3-3/8" x 5/8" web angle plate, block, precision ground, fixture, hardened with a step.  The block is in excellent used condition. It is tapped on the sides. Normal use, wear, and age shows on the steel. It is bright and shiny with just a few spots and a little toning areas. The toolmakers name is stamped in an undercut is noted.
