We have everything from line arrays, speaker mains, bass cabinets, guitar cabinets, rack cases, all kinds of cables including hard to find snake cables. We also stock many parts such as stands, raw woofers, handles, horns, adapters, etc. for musicians, churches, schools, bars, restaurants, and DJs.  Our ever expanding Car & Marine equipment includes subwoofers, speaker boxes, wake tower speakers, ATV & powersports speakers, amplifiers, amp kits, and more.  For the home parties and karaoke enthusiasts, we offer portable speakers, speakers with lights, home speakers for installation, wireless speakers and much more.

Payment

All payments will go through the eBay system and are protected through the eBay protection program.  While checking out, you will have the option to use credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

Shipping

All items purchased before 2:30 CST will be shipped on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:30 CST could possibly still ship the same business day but are guaranteed to ship the following business day. (Business days are M, T, W, TH, F)
Orders typically will ship FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
In some cases, larger items will be sent via LTL (pallets).
A valid tracking number will be provided for your order.
Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the item is packed by our Seismic Audio team member.
Please allow until 7:00 CST for the carrier to scan the package before you start seeing movement on your new equipment.
Shipping typically takes 1-3 days within the majority of the United States.  There are a few areas of the country that could take 4-5 days.
If for any reason you are unable to track your package, contact one of our Seismic Audio team members through the eBay messaging system or dial 87SEISMIC3.
All items ship from our Memphis, TN location.

Returns

Returns are accepted for any reason other than abuse from the user (see below) within 30 days of delivery of your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact one of our Seismic Audio team members through the eBay messaging system or dial 87SEISMIC3.
A Seismic Audio team member will assign an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and provide return instructions.
Please return items in their original box.
Should an item arrive damaged from shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
Should an item become damaged or unusable due to neglect, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse a return will be denied.
Once an item is returned back to us in the same condition, a refund or replacement will be sent within two business days of receiving the return.

Warranty

All Seismic Audio items come with a one year warranty.
If you have a warranty issue, contact one of our Seismic Audio team members through the eBay messaging system or dial 87SEISMIC3.
A Seismic Audio team member will access the issue and will help you determine if replacement parts can't be sent or if the item needs to be returned to Seismic Audio for repair or replacement.
Items that are more than a year old are not covered under warranty.  However, we will absolutely help you with remedying your issue and getting your gear back to working order.
