This features a dual head chest piece, where one side is activated at a time.
A dual head stethoscope is designed to allow the user to be able to listen 
to different sound frequencies. The cup side is designed to listen to low 
frequency lung sounds, while the opposite flat side is designed to listen to 
high frequency heart sounds. This makes the dual head stethoscope a much 
better option than a single head stethoscope for primary care physicians. 
The user may select the large or small side by holding the tubing constant 
and rotating the chest piece until it is clicked into place. The Sprague Rappaport

Return Policy
  • Any items purchased in error, or that are non-defective or un-damaged are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping/shipment to the seller for resolving the problem. 
  • We guarantee against any defective products. A replacement will be provided for any defective or misrepresented products for the duration of 30 days. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
    • Scrubsmart reserves the right to inspect item marked as defective. Item misrepresented for return shall be assessed a 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees (if paid by Scrubsmart).
  • All returned products (Replacements or Refund) need to be assigned a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on package will not be accepted or processed.
