As pictured and described,  looks like a game used jersey from German Basketball League game used Unger SPALDING jersey #22. Jersey measures 26" pit to pit and 34" inches in length. It is the professional Spalding jersey that is made of a stretchy material to fit the pads over the jersey. Shows some wear, hence game used.
