This is a Spokane, Portland and Seattle 40 foot outside braced, single door, wood boxcar with roof walk.  The doors open and close.  The car and box are in excellent condition.  The lid is a replacement.  There is a Kadee price on the paper insert.

The car was built in November 1929.  The car is painted boxcar red or mineral brown with white printing.  The car has end printing.
