Faulty items:

Faulty items must be reported to me within 14 days and must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the return address. Costs of return postage will be covered once the item is tested and found to be at fault.

Lost items:

Lost items will only be replaced and will only refund under exepctional circumstances

Incorrect / Unwanted items:

my postage costs are non refundable and refunds will be minus these costs on items the buyer has purchased the incorrect item even if the listing is free postage you will be refunded minus the costs displayed on your package on unwanted or incorrect items
