Medical/identity/dementia Bracelet Keyring Keychain.

These are handmade to order so can state any medical condition or information. I have made adult sized bracelets with a carer/relative's phone number on for people with dementia. I have also adapted these with a keyring for those that don't like to wear a bracelet.
