Any additional location will require calculation to determine the shipping cost and at Buyer's expense or chose Global shipping and eBay will handle. I offer combined shipping, but costs are all depending on the item or items being shipped together, as some items may be too big to ship together etc. Any additional single CD or single DVD will be an additional $2.00 to ship as long as an invoice is requested before paying.
