Therapeutic indications
RemoWax is designed to dissolve ear wax and prevent it from forming.
Composition
Allantoin, Ethoxylated Wool Fat, Polysorbate 80, Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan Polymer, Fructose Syrup, Polyoxyethylene Stearyl Ether, Polyoxyethylene Oleyl Ether, Liquid Wool Fat, Isopropyl Myristate, Tissue Fat, Phenethanol, Cetyl Alcohol, Butyl Hydroxytoluene, Sorbic Acid, Benzethonium Chloride and Water .
Rubber Pear: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
Do not use RemoWax if:
- There is ear pain or inflammation
- There is a discharge from the ear
- The ear drum is damaged, perforated or has been pierced
- You are allergic to any component of RemoWax.
Special groups of patients:
If you are uncoordinated or your hands are shaking, ask others to help you apply RemoWax drops to the outer ear canal and rinse as directed in this instruction.
Children
RemoWax for children can only be used on the advice of a doctor. Follow the instructions carefully. It is recommended to consult a doctor or nurse for rinsing children's ears.
Hearing aid wearers
If you wear a hearing aid, put it back in your ear only after you have finished washing your ear and the water has drained from the ear.
Possible side effects
In some rare cases, a local allergic reaction has occurred due to the use of RemoWax. An unpleasant sensation in the earlobe, skin irritation or temporary dizziness may occur.
If the tip of the rubber pear is pushed deep into the ear canal, the ear drum can be damaged.
Contact your doctor or pharmacist if you think RemoWax has caused you side effects.
How to use ear drops and a rubber pear
Dissolving the resulting sulfur plug with ear drops:
- warm the liquid in the RemoWax bottle to hand temperature (about 37°C) by holding the bottle in your palm for a few minutes.
- Tilt your head to the side or lie on your side and apply about 10-20 drops of RemoWax into the earlobe. Pull the ear cup up and down and rotate it several times. A small cotton swab moistened with a few drops of RemoWax can be inserted into the ear canal.
- Let the drops work - keep RemoWax for 20 - 60 min. If necessary, you can leave the solution in the ear overnight.
After using RemoWax ear drops, the ear canal should be flushed. You can use a RemoWax rubber bulb for flushing or ask your doctor or nurse. It is recommended that ear irrigation be performed by a health care professional for children.
Ear irrigation with a rubber pear
- the rubber pear should be washed before each use.
- Fill the rubber pear with water at body temperature.
- Insert the tip of the rubber pear a few millimeters into the ear canal and gently press the pear a little to rinse the ear.
Do not insert the tip of the rubber pear deep into the ear canal!
- repeat rinsing the ear canal several times until the water coming out of the ear becomes completely clean.
- Rinse the rubber pear and squeeze the water out of it after each use. Allow to drain with the nozzle facing down.
If the sulfur plug that has formed has not dissolved, you can repeat the procedure of ear drops and washing three days in a row if necessary.
You can prevent sulfur plug formation by using RemoWax regularly once a month. Important Note: Flush the ear canal after each application of RemoWax drops.
If you are going to see a doctor or nurse about ear washing, please follow their instructions.
Ear washing should never cause pain. If you experience pain, stop flushing the ear and contact your doctor.

Storage
Store at a temperature not higher than 25°C.
Keep RemoWax drops and rubber pear out of the sight and reach of children
Do not use after the date on the package.
