A special edition in celebration of Taschen's twenty-fifth anniversary, a 2012 copy of this work originally published in 1990, celebrating the noted German art school operational from 1919 to 1933 known as the Bauhaus. The school combined crafts the fine arts, and became famous for its unique approach to design, unifying the principles of mass production with individual artistic vision, and aesthetics with everyday function.

CONDITION
In the original publisher's binding with paper covered boards. Externally lovely. The dust wrapper is unclipped and excellent, with only minor shelf wear. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Illustrated in text both in black and white and in colour.
