In a smart half calf school prize binding, awarded to M S J Hood Form VI. 


CONDITION

In a half calf school prize binding over cloth covered boards, with five raised bands and gilt embossing to the front board, marbled endpapers and gilt to the top edge. Externally sound with some shelf wear and minor rubbing to the spine, a touch of sunning to the spine. With 'Form VI' Hood slip tipped in to the front free endpaper, inscribed 'M S J Hood For Prize Form VI,' dated 1926. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Illustrated with a frontispiece.
