If you car has been diagnosed with a seat  occupancy sensor fault this unit will bypass the sensor. The airbag will function as normal in the event of an accident. The is a cost effective solution to the problem, the alternative is a new sensor which is very expensive.

The unit bypasses a faulty seat mat and the seat belt light that may also come on. After fitting you will need to connect the car to a diagnostic computer to reset the fault.

1. Turn the ignition off
2. Locate  the seat occupancy sensor plug  under the passenger seat
3. Disconnect the original plug  and replace it with the emulator's one
4. Secure the unit in place using the supplied cable ties
5. Turn the ignition back and and reset the fault light with a suitable diagnostic machine
