Package includes:

1. Samsung Galaxy S4 phone

2. Original Samsung charger plug and cord

3. Original Samsung wired headphones

4. Green Samsung S4 case

A short video clip showing startup and screen functionality was taken.  It can be found here on You Tube: https://youtu.be/f9yr90LTW4I

Camera was tested, reset and is in good working order. Camera is in very good condition.  Screen is bright and there are no scratches or dim spots on the screen that I can see and the back of case itself seems to be free of any scratches or defects (please see video and pictures).  The phone looks almost new.  The Samsung case is a light green color and will be included with the phone.  Please note that the phone was purchased directly from Verizon and was only ever used on the Verizon network.  I do not know if the phone can be unlocked to be used on another network.  The purchaser would need to check directly with the carrier they want to use the phone with/on BEFORE purchasing the phone to confirm usability on their network.

Please review the photos and video carefully and ask any questions before bidding or purchasing.  Thank you.
