TY32 paint film bending tester mainly uses and measures the flexibility of the coating film of color paint varnish,
which is one of the main indexes to measure the performance of the coating, and the choice of coating varieties.
It should be of great reference value.
Type 3 paint film bending tester is a special instrument to evaluate the cracking resistance or peeling off from 
metal plate when the coating of color paint, clear Luan and related products is bent around the cylinder shaft 
under standard conditions.
Comply with GB6742, IS01519, ASTMD522, DIN53152 execution standards.

Working principle

The extension properties of different coating films to substrate are also different. The flexibility of the coating film is 
determined according to the different bending radius or peeling condition.

Starring parameters

The diameters of the paint film bending tester are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18.20, 25, and 32 mm respectively.
The number of shaft shank adjustment is greater than 17mm, and the gap is 0.Imm when it is close to the test rod.
This machine is suitable for the template of thickness below 1.0mm.

Returns &  Exchanges

▲ All returns must  be made within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused  condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A  partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on  the condition.
▲ Items returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must  be covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be  deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price  will be charged.

Defective  & Damaged Products
