Our Stephen Dress is a breath of fresh air in custom star and stripe jacquard cotton with botanical embroidery. This floaty frock has a deep v-neck above a schiffli embroidery detail at center front. Exaggerated puffed sleeves have a ruffle detail at the shoulder and a tall, functional cuff at elbow sleeve opening. The skirt falls to shirred panels with a jagged scallop hem.
