The 8-pint is simple to fill and can easily be stored for later use.  To help ensure a perfect pour the Keg Smith’s 8-Pint comes with an adjustable regulator.  The tap system is easily removable and easy to clean.  The CO2 pressurized tap system accepts 12 and 16 gram threaded CO2 cartridges. For best results please use beverage grade CO2 cartridges (Keg Smith’s brand available), as not all CO2 cartridges are made to be suitable for beverages. Want to force carbonate your homemade brew or kombucha batch? No problem. Simply fill your keg with the beverage you want carbonated and increase the pressure to 15 PSI or higher then let it sit overnight. Force carbonation can be sped up with lower temperatures and shaking the keg.
