Here is a serving or decorative bowl by Colonial plate  USA for children.   good condition does have scratches and dings in metal surface. There are scratches on the ceramic and wear.... very vintage. Safe for cooking or serving food. 6" diameter and 2" high.

The Base is made of steel with a covered  screw spout for filling with water. There are a few dings and dents in the steel.

A very cute illustration of a raggity doll and a duck. The image shows use with wear on finish while adding to a vintage look.
