HLSupply, LLC warrants its parts to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from date of purchase.

Liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts or refund. This warranty shall not apply to any part which HLSupply, LLC, in its sole judgment, determines whether the part has been subject to misuse or improper installation. HLSupply, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or misapplication of our products.

Chainsaws and whole equipment sales are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not by HLSupply, LLC.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email SUPPORT or call 386-256-4891 to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Print the assigned RMA # on the outside of the package.

Please note that we will be unable to process returns without a RMA #.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Electronic parts that have been plugged in may not be returned.
Clearance items are sold as-is and may not be returned or exchanged.

If we cannot resell the returned item as new, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, unless there is a manufacturer defect or we are at fault.

Exchanges
If your item is still in new and unused condition, you may exchange it. You will have to pay return shipping and the shipping for the item we are exchanging.
