lamp shade is brand new

the actual lamp is used and has issues, but electrical is fine for a new diy. It had electrical tape and is a little loose. maybe can be updated or used for parts. works perfectly fine and is included with the brand new lamp shade. the shade could be used with the lamp but it looks to big to fit on it well.
