1.4509 / 441 Stainless High Flow Race DPF Pipe - Ideal for Road or Race use

This Universal DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) is designed to improve exhaust flow over standard DPFs and reduce back pressure by up to 50%, meaning vehicles can now be tuned whilst still staying within the user emissions rules and regulations

It has a unique spiral design and active surface molecules that make contact with exhaust particles and burns them when the unit reaches 300 degrees, this means it will not block up like the stock units as fitted from the factory that have much stricter regulations for emissions targets. Because of this process the it can be fitted on vehicles with and without the regeneration software active (vehicles with regeneration software active will need to refit the stock pressure and EGT sensors)

The unit can be fitted universally in place of existing DPF systems of most vehicles. Due to how it works this unit must be fitted as close to the turbocharger as possible allowing the unit to get up to optimum temperature as quickly as possible (300 degrees). The further this is fitted away from the turbo the less effective the unit will be and potential blockages may occur, Maximum operating temperature 800 degrees C

PAYMENT RETURNS SHIPPING ABOUT US

All customers must pay for their parts / invoices in full prior to removing property or vehicles from our premises, It is our right to withhold keys until payment is made in full.

We do not offer credit terms under any circumstances.
All goods remain the property of Darkside Developments until paid for in full.

We hope you will be delighted with your product purchased, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return your product. Please find below details of our returns policy:

You may return your product within 14 days by simply logging into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee to cover card fees, time and packing costs.
Custom made or special order items can only be returned for a full refund if faulty. If they are returned for any other reason, they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All Darkside Developments branded products are considered 'custom made' and therefore cannot be returned under the distance selling regulations.
Regardless of the return reason, the buyer is responsible for return postage. On unwanted items, the buyer is also responsible for the initial postage cost. If postage costs are agreed to be covered by Darkside developments the maximum value paid will be equal to the initial shipping cost on the order.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Unwanted items must be unused and in the condition they were sent. We may also charge a restocking fee. This is to prevent customers from ordering parts 'just in case' they need them. If products are not unused or in good condition, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Upon receipt of the product we will check the content to ensure all parts have been returned and if so, we will authorise a credit to the account used to make the purchase. We aim to credit your account within 10 days of the product return.
Where a part is missing we will contact you and advise of the charge for any missing element. We will then credit your account minus the charge. You may return the missing part however the cost of postage will be at your expense.
If the product has been misused or not assembled in the proper manner, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are not affected by this returns policy.

We are export specialists, so can assist in shipping items anywhere in the world. There are restrictions on some products to specific locations, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations at all. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any item purchased can be legally imported into that country.

When you place an order, our shopping cart system will estimate shipping costs based on the weight (or volumetric weight for overseas shipping) of the item and your location. As this is not a comprehensive system, we reserve the right to request further payment if the quoted postage costs do not meet the actual costs. As well as this, if you find that a quoted shipping cost is excessive, please feel free to contact us before completing your purchase for an accurate quote.

DISPATCH TIME

We endeavour to dispatch all items within 1 working day of order. Stocked items are usually dispatched on the same day if the order is made before 2pm. Due to stock levels and work load we cannot guarantee dispatch times. The quoted courier delivery time is from the point of dispatch I.E 24 Hour Service is from the point the items are collected not from the point of ordering. We will not be held liable for any shipping costs, labour charges or consequential losses incurred due to delayed items. If an item is urgent, please contact us before placing the order to check stock and dispatch time.

TAXES / DUTIES

The Shipping and Taxes estimate DOES NOT include any Import Tax, VAT or Duties you may be liable to pay upon import into your country. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these charges upon import and to adequately research such charges BEFORE purchasing any items. If import duties are not paid, the item may be returned back to us. The initial shipping costs and any extra charges we incur as a result of this will be deducted from any refund made to you. All shipping costs covers the shipping charges only, this does not include any Customs Charges which are levied by your government. If you are liable for any Customs Charges / Duties the courier company will contact via phone, email or send a letter. Once these have been paid the parcel will still be delivered to you door.
