Return Policy:
At RS13 Gift Shop, we respect and value every customer. If you are not satisfied, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee) or exchange.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive the item.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags, documents, packaging, accessories, and protective plastic wrapping intact (if applicable).
• Returned merchandise cannot in any way be altered, show signs of wear and tear or having been tampered with.
• Merchandise returned due to buyer’s remorse or refusing shipment will incur a restocking fee of 15% (Shipping cost will NOT be refunded)
• Addresses entered incorrectly or customers not being home for delivery are included as refused shipments.
• Exchanges will be processed for the same exact item if it is available in stock.
• RS13 Gift Shop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
