Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.
Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be cancelled. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from Reolink due to force majeure, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
When the goods are delivered you are responsible for checking that the order is complete and un-damaged. You should check the goods carefully for any visible damage and the contents if possible before you accept the delivery. Should there be any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, you have right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason(s) of refusal. Alternatively you may sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’ at the time of accepting delivery, you meanwhile accept that the order is completed.
If the product(s) you have ordered are not available at the time of placing your order for any reason, you will be contacted by email or telephone within the same or next working day. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time and if this is not satisfactory you will have the right to cancel your order without any obligations and a full refund will be issued.
Following a successful transaction you will be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number.
Warranty Period
For New condition products:
Reolink offers a 2-year limited warranty on all new Reolink branded products.
For Reolink Certified Refurbished Products:
Your device is protected by a two-year warranty program. The initial 12-month manufacturer's warranty is provided by Reolink. Coverage is then seamlessly continued for a second year by Allstate, eBay's partnered insurance provider. Accordingly, for any product issues that arise after the first year but within the two-year period, please initiate a service claim directly with Allstate.
(1) The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
(2) Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or for 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
(3) This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized Reolink channels, including Reolink's official online store, authorized agents, distributors, retailers, and offline stores.
(4) For products purchased from third parties, please contact the third party for warranty service.
(5) For products that have reached end-of-life (Product's EOL), Reolink will provide software support, including security updates, for at least 2 additional years from the EOL date.
Return Process
All RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests for products must be authorized by Reolink technical support. The following outlines the RMA process:
(1) Submit a warranty request.
(2) Reolink technical support will authorize the RMA after troubleshooting and diagnosis.
(3) You are required to provide a valid original purchase invoice or proof of purchase, showing the purchase date, model, quantity, and seller.
(4) Reolink will send a warranty solution confirmation email to your email address.
(5) You can access the warranty service page through the link in the confirmation email and confirm your RMA solution.
(6) You are required to return the product to the Reolink warehouse address and upload the tracking number and receipt on the warranty service page.
(7) Reolink will confirm receipt of returns and process the refund or replacement for you.

Reolink Cloud collaborates with Amazon Web Services for secure data storage. Also, we use standard AES algorithm for data transmission encryption, use RSA/ECDHE algorithm for secure key exchange, and follow the TLS standards. When you save footage to Cloud or play clips back, your personal information is always kept confidential from beginning to end.
Privacy and Security Auditing
We constantly monitor the security landscape for new threats and potential risks, and improve our system accordingly using proven technologies. For authorized access to systems that contain sensitive customer information, we follow principles of least privilege. The Reolink Cloud, Reolink App, and embedded Reolink firmware will be updated regularly in accordance with the improvements to ensure best security for our customers.
Your Choices
All of your data is securely stored and can only be accessed with your passcode. So however you use the Reolink products, you’re always in control of your data. If you have a Reolink account, you may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time. You can also customize settings to define the camera’s view and working time, to disable the microphone, etc. You control which information to be collected and maintained.
