MAJOR SILL KIT FOR DISCOVERY 2 
Our most comprehensive sill repair kit.
Note how the outer repairs are cut to fit round the A and B posts.
This kit is designed to replace the entire inner sill and repair the outer sill with the absolute minimum effort.
The kit consists of:-
1 x full heavy duty inner sill plate folded from 3mm steel.
2 x body mounting bush sets.
2 x body mount brackets.
1 x foot well support and sill end cap.
1 x 4 door outer sill special including the door seal retaining strip. Folded from 1.2mm zintec steel.
1 x ‘A’ post repair boot.
1 X ‘B’ post repair boot.
10 X plastic sill fixings.

1 x full kit for the NEAR SIDE or LEFT HAND.
Note… The photo shows a right hand part.

Important note…
Discovery 1 and 2 sills are the same dimentions apart from the body mount brackets (see photo 3 )
In our kits we use Discovery 1 Body mounts, these differ in some aspects so it is important to use the new bushing kits we supply.
