Vintage Stamped Sterling Charles Dangle Hoop Earrings Leaf Design Silver 2" Long x 5/8" Wide.  3.4 grams.  I have not tried to clean these.  Very light wear.  Please see the pictures as they are part of the description and shows the condition.
