đź›’ Q: How do I get items shipped together in one package?
To have multiple items shipped in the same package, you must add all items to your cart first and complete checkout in one single transaction. Orders placed separately (even minutes apart) are processed separately and may ship separately.
đźšš Q: Do you offer combined shipping discounts after I ordered?
We do not offer manual combined shipping discounts after checkout is completed. Any available shipping discounts or promotional offers are automatically calculated by eBay at the time of purchase. We are unable to adjust or refund shipping charges once payment has been made.
📦 Q: Can you refund shipping if I already placed multiple separate orders?
Unfortunately, no. Once checkout has been completed, we cannot modify, combine, or refund shipping charges. Please make sure all desired items are added to your cart before paying.
🌎 Q: How does International / Puerto Rico shipping work?
International and Puerto Rico (PR) orders may be processed through what is called the eBay Global Shipping Program (or eBay International Shipping). Under this program, we ship your order to an eBay domestic processing center (not to you directly). From there, eBay then handles the rest of transit – they handle the export, international shipping, customs clearance, import duties, and final delivery to your doorstep. Note that for this program, the shipping cost may be higher because it is an all-inclusive service provided directly by eBay, which includes import taxes and customs processing.
It is important to note that under the eBay Global Shipping Program, the seller is not the party directly shipping the international package to you. We do not control international shipping rates, customs charges, or import fees. We cannot combine international shipments once eBay processes them.

đźšš Q: Are there refunds on the shipping charges if the item arrives late?
We do not refund shipping charges if the delivery is delayed; delivery timing is handled by the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS), not us. Once the package is accepted by the shipper and is in transit, any delays or changes in delivery dates are outside our control. USPS/UPS does not refund the shipping costs for a delayed shipment.
🏠Q: Can I change my shipping address after checkout?
No. For security and seller protection reasons, we only ship to the address entered during eBay checkout. We cannot change, edit, or override the shipping address after the order has been placed. Please double-check your address carefully before completing payment.
🎨 Q: Will the item color match the photos?
We photograph our products as accurately as possible. The actual part color will closely match what you see in the listing photos. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances. Minor shade differences between production batches are normal. We ship the color exactly as the part# was ordered based on the listing purchased.

No. We ship the item color according to the listing and variation selected at checkout. Please ensure you select the correct color before completing your purchase.

We offer a combined shipping discount on eBay when multiple items are paid together. Remember to check the mfg. web site for product compatibility when ordering multiple items. INTEGY INC. ships to all 50 States within the U.S. and eBay Global International service handles all oversea destinations. International orders are first shipped to the eBay processing center in the USA and then sent to your country with a different tracking number provided by eBay. All orders submitted by 7:00 AM (PST) between Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) will ship out within 72 hours. Integy products are designed for experienced RC enthusiasts. Unless included with the product itself, most of our products do not include instructions. The customer is responsible for any product assembly/disassembly, any set-up and adjustment, and periodic maintenance. All products will require some prep out of the package; some items are partially assembled for packaging purposes only, and may require standard prep before installation and usage, such as shimming for proper alignment, checking tightness of all components and fasteners, installing your own shock oil, anti-seize, thread lock, or grease. Do not just install the item out of the package; check, adjust, and set/reset all new items when taken out of the package.
Before initiating a return, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST! Filing a case with PayPal or a “not as described” claim will limit customer options due to eBay’s internal automations and policies. Integy offers a simple 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY for all brand new, unopened/unused items. All returns will receive a full refund for the price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Not all products include installation hardware; due to factory supply delays beyond our control, certain products may appear slightly different from what is originally shown in the product photos. Any alternates will be compatible and will not affect the functionality of the product.
