Once shipped, it is not possible to cancel an order.  If a package arrives damaged, you must keep all the contents and the box on hand, as it will be needed to make an insurance claim with the carrier.

DELIVERY NOTE  -  If USPS tracking shows your parcel as delivered and it was not delivered, it is best to wait a few days for the delivery actually to occur. From time to time, buyers have contacted me about this issue. I believe this happens if the carrier delivers to the wrong address and the person who received it returns it to the carrier for proper delivery. If this does not work out, filing a missing package report with the USPS is the next step.  The USPS seems able to determine the address of misdelivered packages based on the time and order of scanning.
