Antique copper casing of the Last Supper for a book cover or icon

   In this auction I am offering an antique copper casing / accessories at the Last Supper for a book cover or icon. It was probably made in the late 19th or early 20th century. This work of art is made from a thin sheet of honey, which is covered with a layer of tin. The icon measures 225x105mm / 8.9x4.1 inches and weighs 38 grams.
