Oh so elegant mink fur jacket.  Brand is Giuliana Teso Neiman Marcus.  Color is a whiskey medium light brown (see scale below).  Size is Medium.  Overall condition is Excellent (see table below).  The lining has some spots with a little wear. There are no other rips, tears, or odors.  See additional details below.

   6 - Very Good: Perfectly wearable, though may have a few small visible flaws / imperfections.
   5 - Good: Some wear to the fur and lining due to normal use.
   4 - Fair: Still wearable, but signs of use more apparent.
   3 - Poor: Significant wear and damage to the fur and lining.  Ready to repurpose into teddy bears.
   2 - Scrap: Cannot be repurposed due to heavy wear and damage.

SIZING
  • OVERALL. Fur coats do not come in standard sizes - each measures a little differently.  Compare the measurements of this garment to another coat using a tape measure.  Furs should not fit too tightly - a little larger than your regular cloth jacket is fine. 
  • ADJUSTMENTS.   If the coat is close to your size, some easy and inexpensive adjustments can often be made to make a perfect fit.  Hooks can be moved in or out an inch or two or more.  Sleeves can sometimes be lengthened or shortened by a few inches if there is extra fur.  
  • BUST & SHOULDERS.  The overall size is based on the bust size (see chart in image).  The other critical size to measure for a good fit is the shoulder width - since it is harder to adjust.  
  • MONOGRAMS.  Whether called out or not, most used furs will have some sort of monogram on the inside lining.  These can be covered with a pocket fairly inexpensively.  Ask to confirm if the coat has a monogram or not before purchasing if this is important for you. 
 
VALUE 
  • PRICING.  I'm looking to sell at a fair value.  Generally, the furs are priced at around 10-20% or less for what a similar new coat would cost, and around 50% the price you would find at a consignment shop.  And FREE SHIPPING!  
  • SAVINGS.  The biggest barrier for most shoppers is not being able to try the coat on.  But if you are willing to take some measurements and compare them to the listing, you can save a lot and find a great deal!
