Delivery Information and Managing your Order

We endeavor to maintain a fast delivery service and despatch your order same day for orders placed before 12 noon, Monday - Friday. This excludes items requiring custom build or customisation. Orders are delivered using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or TNT.

Amend Order
If you wish to cancel or amend an order please do so via the eBay orders page. Our emails and eBay messages are not monitored 24 x 7, and therefore any high priority message to cancel or amend an order may not be noticed before the order is despatched. DO NOT send eBay messages to amend an order. We only deliver to address provided at checkout time and address cannot be changed after checkout.

30 Day Returns:
We fully understand you may change your mind and wish to return an item. We therefore offer an extended 30 Day return. A handling and restocking fee may be charged for products that are opened and cannot be resold.
