Stock availability: We are unable to display the stock availability of our Melbourne or Perth store due to eBay's technical limitation. Please contact the seller before placing your order to check availability, especially in situations where stock levels are low. Delivery Cost

For small products: Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on your location. Depending on stock availability, orders in Western Australia (WA) and the northern part of Queensland (QLD) will be dispatched from the Perth store, while orders in other areas will be sent from the Melbourne store.

For large and heavy products: Please contact Forestwest before placing your order to obtain a quotation for shipping costs.We will quote

Store Pick-up: Pick-up from one of our store in Canning Vale, Perth or Seaford, Melbourne. Pick-up time are 0830am-0500pm local time.

Fast and Trouble-Free Delivery

Same-Day Handling Time: Orders placed before 3:00pm are generally processed within 1 business day.

Smooth Delivery: While we aim to ensure smooth delivery for every customer, once the package is in transit, please understand that we do not have control over the shipping process. Customers in remote areas may be required to pick up their orders from the courier depot.

Delivery Instructions: All the deliveries we arrange have a default "Authority to Leave Safe" instruction. For any specific instructions, please leave a note at checkout.

P.O. Box Delivery: Only able to deliver via Australia Post and with maximum length of 1.05m and within 22kg of weight. Other couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box.

Billing and Shipping Address: Please provide a physical address for billing and door to door delivery. Depot Pick-up will entitle to courier address.
