Shipping and tracking:
We ship all orders within 3 working days after payment clears – and we ship only via BG POST (Bulgarian posts). All orders ship as Priority mail. We consider Saturdays and Sundays as non-working days. Also, you should take in account time-difference for overseas orders.
Please, be advised that packages shipped internationally via BG Post are trackable online at until they leave seller’s country. This process may take between 2-3 business days. After that point, usually movement doesn't show again until the package arrives into destination country’s customs and from that point your shipment will be available for web-tracking thru buyer’s country national postal service website ( for orders shipped to USA for example).
From the moments your shipment leaves seller’s country to the moment that shipment arrives into buyer’s country customs - shipment won’t be available for web-tracking and no web-tracking logs will show in-between (exactly the same would be with all international orders shipped worldwide via USPS).
For international orders it normally takes at least 14-21 working days to arrive. However – sometimes delays are possible due the postal system and we can’t be responsible for such delays as we ship promptly and provide correct and full tracking info. If for some reason your order delays more than normal – please, inform us and be more - patient cause it will arrive as all other orders. After you receive your order
After you receive the covers you ordered from us, they will be very well packed. After unpacking - the covers might/will be well wrinkled do to the packaging and the transporting for weeks sometimes, but don't be alarmed! Wrinkles and fold-marks will disappear within 2-3 days after using the covers over the devices (while not in use). Covers just need to be put on to rest for a few days over the devices. You can also speed up this process by just steam-iron the covers, but on medium temperature and with a fabric between the iron and the cover, so you don't melt the exterior fabric and damage the cover. Sometimes the wrinkles might "eat" a bit of the height of the covers, so make sure you properly put the covers to rest and you can also gently stretch the covers so they can return to the original and proper size and form they are made and meant for.
To avoid language problem and misunderstandings, please read the following:
Please, be advised, that when we list and item as a "COVER", this means that the item DOESN'T fully enclose the device and is OPEN from the bottom side, depending on the model of the device.
An item that fully encloses the device we call and list as a "BAG" or a "SOFT-CASE".
Please, always read listing description IN FULL and make sure you know all details about the item BEFORE you order! If you have any doubts or questions, or if you need more details about an item - please don't make assumptions and ask BEFORE you order! Customs, import duties and taxes

RETURNS
We accept returns as per eBay's policies. There are few very important details to know upfront:
Please, be advised that in cases when buyer orders the wrong item by mistake, buyer is responsible and covers the return shipping to Custom Covers Ltd. (located in Varna, Bulgaria), and when item returned to us and approved it is in "as new" condition, we'll refund the order amount except the original shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable as it's been paid at origin when item initially shipped.
IMPORTANT - For orders that return from outside EU, please be advised, that buyer will be responsible for covering the addition 20% Bulgarian VAT and brokerage fee that is due and calculated according to the price of the item including the shipping costs.
