SO, HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our performance module's work with your vehicle to safeguard your recirc valve from turning on.

As you may already know the EGR valve typically produces naturally high soot / carbon content.
Over time this has been proven to reduce your engine’s power, often forcing you to buy another vehicle sooner then expected.
We work on avoiding these longer-term issues for you by properly keeping soot out of the intake by using a reliable state of the art computer coding program unique to our module that will communicate with your vehicle.
Our performance enhancing part will then decrease your vehicles soot deposits preventing those harmful contaminants from being reintroduced back into your engine.
With restoring engine power, comes a restored Diesel MPG which equals better fuel economy savings for you, better towing capacities plus other beneficial performance gains.

This product will not affect your coolant operation, it will however reduce your EGT’s (Which is usually desired when a vehicle is working harder than standard or in higher environmental demands, such as Off roading or towing camper vans) Most users noted over 50 degrees Celsius drop in EGT’s. Do not be alarmed, this is absolutely normal.

IS A PLATE/CATCH CAN REQUIRED TO USE THIS PRODUCT & DO YOU RECOMMEND ONE FOR ME?

EGR modules now a days are superior to what they once were.
You will find our specific modules will outweigh the benefits of ANY catch can or other modules on the market. Over the years of personal testing and working closely with local shops, we found that no catch can is 100% efficient, So personally I cannot recommend it for the purpose of soot build up reduction.
Did you know that It only takes a small amount of blow by the oil for a catch can to miss, to make goopey paste get stuck inside your actual intake manifold?
There are other benefits to catch cans in some vehicles, however a blanking plate are not usually necessary and are considered “an old school” practice. If you suspect your valve maybe getting stuck at anything but the closed position, you may want to fit one. Although again, it is usually not necessary.

HOW TO: EASY INSTALLATION

NO Tools required – if your vehicle wiring is dirty, we only recommend that you clean before installation.

1) Ensure vehicle is OFF. with KEY completely OUT.

2) Locate the intake airbox in the vehicle. Unplug the MAF sensor from the loom on the airbox.

3) Simply plug and play! Fit the module onto the female plug of the airbox and onto the male side of the loom (Completing the circuit)

4) You have successfully installed the module. You may insert the keys back to ignition and turn ON your vehicle.
