Returns Policy

Always contact us before opening a return. We will surely be able to assist better and to offer alternative options before you decide to return it. If you are still not happy with this item or our alternative option, simply return it back to us (you pay the postage) and we'll refund the item once it's received in a brand new condition. We reserve the right to retain 20% of the total cost paid. This is to cover our administration and restocking costs. The fee does not apply if the error was on our behalf.
