an invoice.  Make your payment after you receive your invoice.  No refunds on shipping after payment has

RETURNS:  Returns accepted on most items.  Books, cameras, photo lenses, photo accessories and 
Webkinz products cannot be returned. Webkinz products have a one-time activation code, and if registered, 
thereby makes the item ineligible for return.  Buyer pays return shipping.  Money Back on item, shipping costs not 
refundable. Returned item must be in new resellable condition with original packaging materials and no 
damage to item or packaging.  We carefully inspect and photograph each item before shipping to ensure that 
you receive a quality product.
