4. Return Shipping Costs (Deduction Policy)
While we provide a convenient prepaid label, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The cost of the return postage will be deducted from your final refund.
- If you choose to use your own shipping method, no deduction will be made, but we recommend using a trackable service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [3] business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
