+If it is International you must use Global Shipping, please be patient. It can take up to 2 months for delivery. We only use Global Shipping you can not ask for an invoice I can't send one to you.  Global Shipping takes care of all of the extra charges and let you know your final cost. We can not combine shipping internationally it's an eBay issue.
