1913  O'Flaherty, Harvard Crimson, Original Oversized Silver Gelatin Photo Measuring 11" x 13.75  for the photo. Photo has been affixed to a thick cardboard with overall dimensions of 14" x 18".

I tried to research the roster in 1913 but only 4-5 players were mentioned.  Harvard did not play Cornell in 1912 or 1914 so I am pretty confidant that it is a 1913 image. 

Below the photo is written "Harvard - Cornell, O'Flaherty starts a long run".  On the bottom right corner it reads "By Small (probably the photographer) and "Globe" most likely from the Boston Globe. 

Image itself is very strong with clear and detailed visual.  There is heavy water staining in the black backer board on the front and also water staining damage on the reverse.
