GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE :
The buyer MUST ensure these Item/s are installed by a qualified electrician; and in accordance with all current relevant local and national regulations; and in accordance with Lutron's installation instructions for these Item/s which can be found online.
These Item/s are sold with a 6 months limited back to base Warranty provided by the seller, see below for Warranty Terms & Conditions.
The seller has not tested these Item/s for functionality, satisfactory performance, or safety. If the buyer is suitably qualified to test these Item/s, the buyer must upon receipt of the Item/s, test the Item/s for functionality, satisfactory performance and safety. If the buyer is not suitably qualified to test the Item/s they must instruct a suitably qualified 3rd party to test the Item/s on the buyer behalf for functionality, satisfactory performance and safety. If the Item/s fail the tests as set out above, the buyer may return the Item/s to the seller as set out in eBay’s standard terms and conditions or as set out in the seller’s provided warranty (if any seller warranty is provided). For the buyers information : The seller has NOT been notified of any functionality, satisfactory performance, or safety issues regarding any electrical goods the seller has sold on eBay in the last 2 years.
The buyer agrees the seller shall not be liable for any claims, consequential losses, costs or damages to the buyer; or any 3rd parties.
The sale of the Item/s will be subject to the law of England only and both the seller and the buyer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the specified jurisdiction.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS :
Any cosmetic defects or faults are excluded from this warranty.
Any faults caused by wear and tear once the Item/s have been received by the buyer are excluded from this warranty.
The warranty will start from the date of purchase and will provide cover for 183 calendar days.
The warranty is for the benefit of the buyer only, and not for any 3rd parties.
The warranty covers the Item/s supplied by the seller to the buyer only.
All installation of the Item/s, must be carried out by a certified Lutron installer and a certified Electrician, failure to do so will void the warranty.
The warranty is subject to the law of England only, and both the seller and buyer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the specified jurisdiction.
If a warranty return is agreed, the buyer is to pay for all shipping and insurance costs to return the Item/s to the seller. The buyer must insurer the Item/s in shipment for the original purchase price. The buyer must package and protect the Item/s appropriately for shipment.
Any repairs, alterations or unintended use of the Item/s, by or on behalf of the buyer will void the warranty.
The buyer must before having the benefit of the warranty have a certified Lutron installer troubleshoot and use their best endeavours to resolve the issue/s with Lutron’s technical support. The buyer is required to submit supporting evidence of this to the seller, in the form of an email from Lutron technical support, setting out the issue/s with the Item/s and the steps taken to try and resolve the issue/s.
Upon receipt of the Item/s under a valid warranty return, the seller at their discretion, may repair the Item/s and return them to the buyer; or replace the Item/s; or refund to the buyer the value of the Item/s (at the original purchase price, less shipping, taxes and any ancillary costs) within 8 weeks of receipt of the Item/s.
Tracked & Insured: Items are shipped via a tracked courier service with insurance (subject to the courier’s and insurer's terms & conditions – copies available on request).
Items must be checked within 24 hours of receipt. Any damage, shortages, or other similar issues must be reported within this period.
International shipping costs are as stated. In rare circumstances, we may need to charge additional shipping costs, and we reserve the right to do so. If this applies to your order, we will inform you before dispatching it.
For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns are subject to eBay’s rules, limitations, and time frames.
The Buyer is responsible for all return postage, shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes.

If the Item/s are wired electrical products, the Buyer must ensure that they are installed by a qualified electrician in compliance with all relevant local and national regulations and the manufacturer’s official installation guidance, whether supplied by the Seller or not. If such guidance is not provided by the Seller, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to obtain it from the manufacturer or other publicly available sources.
Failure to install the Item/s correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance may result in malfunction or damage, for which the Seller accepts no liability.
If the Item/s are supplied with a warranty (if any), such warranty does not imply that the Seller has tested the Item/s.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Seller has not tested the Item/s and makes no representation as to their functionality, performance, or safety.
The Buyer must assume the Item/s are non-functional until they have been tested and verified to be in working condition.
The Buyer is responsible for conducting all necessary testing as set out in Section 1.3 (Buyer's Obligation to Test).
The Seller has not tested the Item/s unless expressly stated.
The Buyer must test the Item/s upon receipt to verify their condition and functionality. If the Buyer is not qualified to conduct these tests, they must engage a qualified third party to do so.
If the Item/s fail the required tests, the Buyer may return them under eBay's standard terms or any applicable Seller-provided warranty (if any), subject to Section 2 (Warranty Terms & Conditions).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed 150% of the original purchase price of the Item/s, excluding taxes, shipping, and ancillary costs.

A warranty is only offered if explicitly stated in the listing title. The inclusion of these warranty terms does not, in itself, indicate that a warranty is provided. Any warranty, if offered, is solely provided by Rosette Electrical and not by the original hardware manufacturer.
If a warranty is offered, it is limited and back-to-base only, meaning the Buyer must contact the Seller before submitting a warranty claim. The Buyer is responsible for returning the Item/s to the Seller at their own cost.
The warranty does not imply that the Seller has tested the Item/s. The Buyer must still perform testing as per Section 1.3 (General Terms & Conditions).
The warranty applies only to the functionality of the Item/s and does not extend to any costs associated with installation, removal, troubleshooting, or third-party services.
