Hip:  Measure from left to right at the base of the zipper and multiply by two.

Thigh：Measure from left to right approximately in the middle of the line between crotch and knee.

Bottom of leg:  Gather the back and front hem flat in a parallel line, measure from left to right at the bottom of hem
