This is a very popular 8" X 2" (200X50) foam filled rib tire.  Foam filled tires are Primo pneumatic tires filled with urethane foam to avoid any flat.  These are made for 2 piece wheels only, they are flat free and the foam rides almost like a pneumatic tube.  The bead to bead width is 1.50".

Maximum rider weight is 250 lbs. Sold as each.
