This is a vintage  Homer Laughlin Century C3 Flower Pattern Serving Platter.  It is fairly large, measuring 13 3/8"x10 1/8". 

It is in good condition considering its age.  The metallic trim shows signs of wear.  You can see this in the pictures.

There is also a dark spot on the plate between the flowers.  I have looked at it with my magnifying glass and can tell it is not a chip, yet I can feel an indentation with my finger.  It might be a tiny chip, I am not sure.

It is still a lovely piece with an art deco feel because of the trim.
