When powered up with 18volts AC the lights on each side came on, as pictured. Comes with one extra bulb and instructions.
Overall, this car should rate in excellent shape with no defects noted, possibly test run only.
Shipping-will ship with care, in a sturdy box with foam padding, via cheapest way usps priority mail, UPS or Fed Ex. Ship weight boxed is about 2.3 lbs.
