OLIMP NUTRITION ZMA is a food supplement with zinc chelate, magnesium and vitamin B6 in capsules.

Ingredients: 99,2% ZMA (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate (L-OptiZink®), zinc aspartate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6), anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate, capsule - gelatine. Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, egg, peanuts, nuts, fish and crustacean ingredients.

RECOMMENDED USE
Men: 3 capsules a day, women: 2 capsules a day, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking foods or supplements containing high amounts of calcium.
