This unit contains proprietary software that eliminates the need for programming with GM-specific software like SPS (Service Programming System). Because of this, one OE FIX module fits a wide range of General Motors, Isuzu and Saab vehicles that have manual air conditioning controls. After installation, the unit is automatically configured to the vehicle, making installation quick and easy.

    Returns:

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items.

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.

    Returned items must be in the condition you received and in the original box.

    Refunds will be processed once your return is inspected by our fulfillment center.

    Any electrical items that have opened, tried or has a "void" seal that has been removed CANNOT be returned.

    We will issue a refund for the returned items accordingly.Please allow us up to 2 business days from the date we received the item to process the refund.

    If the buyer has made an error or changed mind on their purchase, the buyer may be charged for return shipping.

     

    Warranty:

    Our warranty covers products purchased from US for 12 months from Dorman Inc. unless manufacture warranty differs.

    In the event that you have a defective product, this warranty entitles you to a free replacement of your product. (No Labor Cost, No Refunds)

    Shipment fees for returning a defective product to US are to be paid by the buyer (after the 30 day eBay return policy) (we pay within the 30 days)

    Shipment of replacement to the buyer are to be paid by US.

    Defective products must be confirmed. Once confirmed and returned to US a replacement will be shipped to you (usually within 24 hours).

     

    This warranty does not cover failures due to:

    Accident or collision.

    Improper installation.

    Misuse or abuse.

    Consequential damages due to failure of other parts.

    This warranty does not cover:

    Consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damage resulting from failure of this product.

    Damages resulting from improper installation.
