We take time to hand-select the fabric, cut to the proper sizes, sew with care, use quality threads, and finish with the final inspection. They are reusable and machine washable. We have washed, steamed, and ironed all of the masks to adhere to American quality standards.

Care Instruction: Our masks are machine washable in either warm and cold (recommended) settings. We recommend drying for only 5 to 10 minutes in the dryer. This procedure will prolong the life of the mask. They remain mostly wrinkle free. So, ironing or steaming is optional.

Here is our mask making manufacturing process for single layer masks:

1. Select the one layer mask design.

2. Cut the one layer fabric.

3. Inspect the layer fabric cut.

4. Align cuts for Serger machine. 

5. Partial sewing for the top layer with black color thread.

6. Find matching threads and fill bobbins.

7. Align the one layer fabric and ensure the rectangle cut.

8. Review Serger quality.

9. Sew left Elastic.

10. Sew right Elastic.

11. Cut extra threads.

12. Inspect and move to the other side

13. Review the threads and sewing quality

14. Review the elastic quality

15. Perform Tailor inspection for the back side.

16. Perform Tailor inspection for the front side.

17. Perform the final inspection of mask.

18. Wash the mask in a commercial washer.

19. Dry the mask in a steam dryer.

20. Steam the back side of the mask.

21. Steam the front side of the mask.

22. Iron the mask.

23. Perform the final inspection front side.

24. Perform the final inspection backside.
